Floatation therapy 〰️

Leeton’s first float pod salon. You won’t be fighting gravity when you step into our pod, it contains 500kg+ of Epsom salt in the water which makes you weightless.

It is filled with 30cm of skin-temperature water, this is skin-receptor neutral, which gives the feeling of floating in space.

The Epsom solution is kept at 35 degrees. Noise from the outside doesn’t reach you. Your ears stay just below the solution, and the pods are insulated against sound.

Floating can help improve Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Stress, Anxiety, Reduction in Inflammation and help with Skin conditions such as Psoriasis & Eczema.

Once closed, our pod blocks out all light and sound, you do have the option to leave the lid open, and to choose music from our unobtrusive speakers within the pod.

For an hour the outside world is gone and you can float comfortably in your own quiet universe. It turns out that when you’re not fighting gravity or constantly being bombarded with external stimulation, background noise and distraction, your body has a lot of extra resources at its disposal. Your mind is free without distraction, your brain waves slow down, and your whole body gets to rest, repair and renew, This is called sensory deprivation.

Post Float Room: After your session you can relax and refresh with a warm tea, blow-dry your hair and moisturise your skin in a private room. Ready to return to the rest of your day feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

Infrared sauna

Infrared sauna 〰️

INFRARED SAUNA

Step into a new realm of relaxation and wellness with infrared saunas. Unlike traditional saunas that use heat to warm the air, infrared saunas use advanced technology to directly heat your body, delivering a unique and effective experience. Discover how this innovative approach can enhance your well-being.

Infrared saunas utilize infrared light to penetrate the skin and heat the body from within. This process is different from conventional saunas, which heat the air to increase your core temperature. Infrared saunas operate at lower temperatures, usually between 48° and 65°, providing a gentle and comfortable heat that allows for prolonged sessions.

Infrared saunas offer a more tolerable heat experience, making them ideal for those who find traditional saunas too intense. Sessions typically last for 40 minutes, and many users report feeling relaxed and refreshed after each use. Whether you're looking to enhance your wellness routine or seeking relief from daily stress, an infrared sauna could be the perfect addition to your lifestyle.
