Meet Our Team.

Sandra Nardi.

Starting in the industry at the age of 14, I became a salon manager at the age of 19 at the salon I did my apprenticeship in. I opened my own salon in 2006 and started out solo, now, over 15 years later, with a thriving business, and a great team behind me.

I love my job, my team and my clients. I love to see the creativity of what we can provide our clients, and continue to offer a beautiful and fun experience for all of our community.

S & Co Hair and Beauty Bar is not just my dream, but its a space for everyone to love. Welcome to our new salon….

Nicolette Newham.

Before I started my beautician certification, I had never had my nails done or any other beauty treatments other than an odd eyebrow wax here and there.

I decided to do a beauty course as I loved makeup and wanted something I could make a career out of. Now, 10 years later, I love all things beauty. I have found that nail services are one of my favourites along with makeup, but I really enjoy everything beauty has to offer as its always evolving.

I enjoy making people feel good about themselves, and seeing a smile on their face makes my day. I love offering beauty services to my clients, as the industry keeps growing. Everyday I get to do a range of services and there’s always a new challenge or something to learn.

My whole life I have loved everything about hair, making my clients feel incredible inside and out and forming strong bonds with them.

15 years ago I took the plunge to leave school and make hairdressing my career.

I began working with Sandra and the team in 2020 after taking some time to raise my three children. Upon returning I realised that being behind the chair was where I was supposed to be in life.

I love seeing the joy on my clients faces, as they see their new transformation, no matter how big or small. Making people feel amazing about themselves ignites my passion each and every day.

From a very young age, I have always enjoyed the idea of becoming a hairdresser.

I started working with Sandra and the team in 2020 at Indulgence for hair , and in 2022 we relocated and rebranded to S & Co. Here, I started my school based apprenticeship, as well as starting my cert 3 course in hairdressing at Griffith TAFE.

It is fun to learn all the different techniques behind hairdressing, and I cannot wait to see what the future brings for me.

I love that as a hairdresser you can make a persons day. And I can’t wait till I have learnt these skills myself, so I too, can be able to make people feel amazing about themselves.

I discovered I had a passion for the beauty industry from quite a young age, getting brow wax & tints, lash extensions the odd acrylic nails on special occasions.

When I left school after year 10, I knew straight away what industry I would join, after lots of hard work I completed my diploma of beauty therapy in November 2023.

My favourite service to offer would definitely have to be facials, creating a relaxing environment and helping my clients reach their skin goals is very rewarding to me.

I can’t wait to learn and grow with the amazing team at S & Co Hair and Beauty Bar.

I started my hairdressing career in Sydney working in a prestigious salon.

I was mainly doing photo shoots, colours, blowdries and was working closely with Adore Beauty, Sephora & advocating for Cristophe Robin products.

I have worked & observed closely with some of the best hairdressers in the industry such as: Natalie Anne and

Renya Xydis.

I believe that education in hairdressing is the forefront of this industry, and I love healthy hair…

After having a break and becoming a mum, it was great to get back into the hair industry again, and i’m looking forward to welcoming new faces to my clientele.

Working Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

From a young age, I've always known that I've had a passion for beauty, as I’ve always enjoyed pampering myself with beauty services like acrylic nails, brow services, spray tans, lash extensions, and so much more. I truly enjoy the art of makeup. Any chance I get, I will definitely pick up the brushes, as I feel it can truly make a difference within yourself.

In 2021, I became qualified as a beauty therapist and have worked in salons in Wagga Wagga since.

After becoming qualified, I discovered my huge passion for brows, as they can definitely make a simple statement about your appearance, while still being low maintenance.

Now, relocating back home to Leeton with my two beautiful children, I'm beyond happy to be jumping on board with the girls at S & Co to expand my knowledge and growth within the salon, and to connect with all the amazing clients.
